TRUECIAL SUPPORT
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Welcome to Truecial Support.
If you need assistance with your account, access to the Service, technical issues, moderation, privacy, safety, or other Truecial features, you can use the contact information below.
Truecial provides support channels for receiving and reviewing relevant inquiries. Requests are considered according to their nature, available information, urgency, and applicable legal requirements.
1. General Support
For general questions, account issues, technical difficulties, or assistance with Truecial features, contact:
support@truecial.app
To help identify and understand the issue, please provide relevant information where appropriate, such as:
- Your Truecial username;
- The device or platform you are using;
- A brief description of the issue;
- Relevant error messages;
- Screenshots, where useful and appropriate.
Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, private keys, or other sensitive credentials.
Avoid including unnecessary personal information about yourself or other individuals.
Truecial may request additional information where reasonably necessary to understand or address an inquiry.
2. Account Access
If you cannot access your Truecial account, contact:
support@truecial.app
Truecial uses authentication methods provided by Google and Apple.
Where an access problem relates to the underlying Google or Apple account, users may need to contact the relevant authentication provider.
For security reasons, Truecial may require reasonable verification before providing account-related assistance or making changes affecting an account.
Submitting a support request does not itself establish account ownership or authorize changes to another person's account.
3. Account Deletion
Truecial provides two methods for users to independently initiate account deletion.
1. Through the Truecial application
Open:
Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
2. Through the Truecial website
Visit the official account-deletion page:
https://truecial.app/delete-account/
To initiate deletion through the website, sign in using the Google or Apple account associated with your Truecial account.
Both methods initiate the same standard account-deletion process.
Deletion and Recovery
Under the standard process:
1. The user initiates account deletion through the application or website.
2. The account enters a 30-day recovery period and becomes unavailable to other users.
3. During this period, the user may restore the account by signing in.
4. If the account is not restored, permanent deletion is automatically initiated after the recovery period expires.
Associated account data is deleted from the active Service, subject to the technical and lawful retention exceptions described in the Privacy Policy.
Certain information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained where legally justified for security, moderation, legal compliance, or protection of rights.
Assistance With Deletion
If you experience technical difficulties with account deletion or cannot access the authentication method associated with your account, contact:
support@truecial.app
For account security, Truecial does not delete accounts solely on the basis of an unverified email request.
Requests concerning statutory personal-data rights may be submitted to privacy@truecial.app and are assessed in accordance with applicable law. Reasonable identity verification may be required before personal data is disclosed or deleted.
Additional information is available on the Truecial Delete Account page and in the Privacy Policy.
4. Privacy Requests
For questions concerning personal data, privacy rights, data access, correction, erasure, or the Truecial Privacy Policy, contact:
privacy@truecial.app
Privacy Policy:
https://truecial.app/privacy/
Truecial may request information reasonably necessary to confirm the identity or authority of a person submitting a privacy request, particularly where disclosure or deletion could affect another person's information.
Requests are assessed and handled in accordance with applicable data-protection laws and their required procedures and timeframes.
A request may be subject to lawful limitations or exceptions. Where applicable law requires an explanation of a decision, the relevant information will be provided.
5. Safety and Child Safety
For serious safety concerns, including suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, coercion, or other child-safety issues, contact:
safety@truecial.app
Child Safety Standards:
https://truecial.app/child-safety/
When reporting suspected child sexual abuse material, please provide information that helps identify the relevant account, publication, or incident, such as a username or a link, where available.
Do not download, forward, or attach suspected child sexual abuse material to an email report.
Users should not attempt to investigate suspected abuse themselves through unauthorized access or unsafe interactions.
Truecial assesses safety concerns based on the available information, the apparent nature and seriousness of the issue, and applicable legal requirements.
If a person appears to be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services, law-enforcement authorities, or child-protection organizations in your location.
Truecial's support and safety channels are not emergency services.
6. Reporting Content or Users
Where available, please use Truecial's in-app reporting tools to report suspected violations involving:
- Posts;
- Stories;
- Comments;
- Accounts and profiles;
- Private messages;
- Other supported content or interactions.
Reports may be reviewed in accordance with Truecial's Community Guidelines, Terms of Use, Child Safety Standards, and applicable law.
Community Guidelines:
https://truecial.app/community-guidelines/
Submitting a report does not automatically establish a violation or guarantee a particular moderation outcome.
If an applicable reporting function is unavailable or a serious safety concern requires separate attention, users may contact the relevant support or safety address listed on this page.
7. Moderation Questions
If you believe moderation action was taken incorrectly, or you have questions about a moderation decision, contact:
support@truecial.app
Please provide information reasonably sufficient to identify the relevant account, content, or moderation action.
Truecial may request additional details where necessary to review the circumstances.
Submitting an inquiry or appeal does not automatically reverse a moderation decision.
Where applicable law requires specific notification, complaint-handling, appeal, or review procedures, those requirements apply.
8. Intellectual Property
If you believe content on Truecial infringes your copyright, trademark, or other legally protected intellectual-property rights, contact:
support@truecial.app
Where appropriate, please provide:
- A link or other information identifying the content;
- The right you believe has been infringed;
- Your relationship to the relevant right or rights holder;
- Information reasonably necessary to evaluate the complaint.
Truecial may request additional information to assess the claim.
Submitting a complaint does not automatically establish infringement or guarantee a particular enforcement action.
Complaints are handled according to the available circumstances and applicable legal requirements.
9. Security Issues
If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability or issue affecting Truecial, contact:
support@truecial.app
Please provide a description of the issue and relevant technical details that can be shared safely.
Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, private keys, or unrelated personal information belonging to other users.
Security concerns should be reported responsibly, without unnecessarily exposing users or the Service to additional risk.
Users must not access accounts, obtain private information, disrupt systems, or perform intrusive testing without authorization.
This section does not restrict disclosures or security research that are protected or required by applicable law.
